Fast growing pathology chain Core Diagnostics launched its maiden outlet in Lucknow on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Core Diagnostics CEO Dinesh Chauhan said the company was striving to adopt the most advanced testing technology in India.
“With this goal in mind, we have set up satellite labs in New Delhi, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar and now Lucknow,” he added. Core’s team comprises 600 personnel and over 280 labs.
The company established its first laboratory in 2012. Its labs are NABL and CAP accredited. NABL is a constituent of the Quality Council of India, while CAP is the world’s largest association, certified by the American Board of Pathology.
“We currently have more than 6,500 prescribers and 1,000+ customers including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, NGOs, pharmaceutical companies, state governments etc,” he said.
Core offers multiple testing facilities including oncology (onCORE), gynaecology (reproCORE), transplantation (xenoCORE), nephrology (nephroCORE), genetics (geneCORE) and routine/preventive healthcare (vitaCORE) etc.

The company claims to have a specialised team of MD/DM/PhD doctors to cater different medical verticals including onco-pathologists, hemato-pathologists, medical geneticists, cytogeneticists, molecular scientists, pathologists, histopathologists and biochemists.
