Scripting a historic chapter in the annals of Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi Adityanath government 2.0 has lined up more than 14,000 projects totalling Rs 10 trillion for launching on February 19.

These industrial, services and infra projects are among the 27,000+ projects worth Rs 40 trillion netted at the UP Global Investors Summit (GIS) on February 10-12, 2023.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend a mega groundbreaking ceremony (GBC) in Lucknow in the presence of a galaxy of industrialists and investors.

These projects were estimated to create 3.4 million fresh job opportunities across different sectors.

The projects will catalyse the journey of UP to become a $trillion economy in near future.

Meanwhile, invitations have been sent to top business leaders viz. Mukesh Ambani, Gautam Adani, N Chandrasekaran, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Sunil Bharti Mittal, Sanjiv Puri, Yusuf Ali, Sachin Agarwal etc.

UP State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) leads the GBC pack with 3,160 projects of Rs 1.42 trillion to witness foundation laying at the hand of Modi on February 19, followed by renewable energy space with 177 projects worth Rs 1.24 trillion.
