The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising its flagship trade fair Coolex in Lucknow from April 14 to 16.
This would be the 23rd edition of Coolex, which would feature the latest AC, fridge and other cooling appliances by major brands.
Coolex is a technology based exhibition to encourage industry to develop and bring forth the benefits of sustainable and eco-friendly technology in the market. It also provides a platform to the end consumers to interact with the companies and understand the benefits of energy saving green-clean technology.
Addressing a press conference here today, Akash Goenka, Chairman, CII UP and Director, Shubham Goldiee Masale, said CII Coolex brings together big brands and consumers on a common platform.
He noted Coolex has been playing a crucial role in educating the customers and promoting healthy competition in the sector for last 22 years.
IFB Industries, the event sponsor of CII Coolex 2023, said the technology used by IFB heavy duty air conditioners is advanced, fast and health friendly. Meanwhile, IFB will provide special discounts and offers on AC installations, Rs 12,000 discounts on exchanges, instant discount of up to Rs 5,000 and special offers for booking done in CII Coolex.
Hitachi Air Conditioning India, the event co-sponsor, mentioned their cooling technology is adaptive to climatic conditions.
Shikhar Ranjan, who represented LG Technologies, the associate co-sponsor, said the company had lined up customised offers for the customers in Coolex 2023.
Smita Agarwal, vice-chairperson, CII UP and CFO & Director, PTC Industries, said the Indian electronics market is the 5th largest growing in the world. The domestic market is growing at 15% year-on-year and events like Coolex are a winning proposition for both the manufacturers as well as the customers.
