In a major boost to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath yesterday launched the ‘UP Mart Portal’ — a one-stop digital platform to help entrepreneurs access machinery, connect with service providers, and set up units with ease.
Unveiled at the ‘YUVA Conclave’ in Lucknow, the portal aims to streamline access to essential equipment for startups and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Sarveshwar Shukla, Nodal Officer of the CM YUVA Yojana and Joint Commissioner of Industries, said the portal will bring together machinery suppliers, franchise owners, service providers, and technical experts from across the state.
Entrepreneurs will be able to log in, search for machinery suited to their business needs, and connect directly with suppliers for quotations and inquiries.
The portal is designed to save entrepreneurs’ valuable time, effort, and resources, ultimately promoting ‘Ease of Doing Business’ and accelerating industrial development in UP.
This digital innovation is expected to inspire youth towards self-employment while giving fresh momentum to the state’s industrial growth. For machinery suppliers, it presents a golden opportunity to expand their reach by registering on the platform and connecting with potential customers across the state.
The initiative is poised to strengthen the demand-supply ecosystem within the MSME sector and enhance business opportunities at every level.
