To establish Uttar Pradesh as a global tourism hub, the state tourism department is bracing up for the upcoming UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2025 slated during 25-29 September at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.

The 5-day mega event will serve as a grand platform to present UP’s rich tourism potential to millions of domestic and international visitors.

The Yogi Adityanath government aims to leverage UPITS 2025 to highlight not just diverse tourist destinations, but also unique local products, traditional handicrafts and vibrant cultural heritage.

UPITS is the flagship trade event of the UP government, bringing together policymakers, global business leaders, industry experts and trade representatives under one roof.

The event plays a vital role in UP’s journey towards achieving its $one trillion economy target, with tourism being identified as a key growth sector.

The tourism department will set up an expansive stall at the India Expo Mart to showcase UP’s heritage, temple architecture, thematic tourism circuits and PPP-based tourism projects, besides highlighting local crafts and One District One Product (ODOP) items.

To enhance visitor engagement, the department will also promote digital tourism tools such as mobile applications, websites and QR codes, allowing easy access to information and seamless travel planning.

The integration of technology with immersive visual storytelling is aimed at strengthening UP’s tourism brand image on both national and international fronts.

The goal is not only to present UP’s rich cultural diversity to the world, but also boost the tourism sector and strengthen the economy.

The event promises to be a memorable experience for millions of visitors and a significant milestone in promoting UP as a top tourist destination.
