To resolve industrail disputes through ‘e-court’ platform, the Uttar Pradesh government is developing a robust digital architecture.

The proposed digital ecosystem will comprise a seamless interface for all the parties to register cases of industrial disputes.

They will be able to upload their inputs and documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

It is aligned with UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision to simplify rules for businesses and further improve the ease of doing business quotient.

Sritron India Limited has been tasked with the responsibility of developing the e-court system.

The proposed system will provide tools for court staff to review and verify cases, ensuring proper classification and adherence to procedures.

The cases will be categorised by type, such as salary disputes, wrongful termination etc to streamline processing and assignment.

Additionally, the platform will feature a scheduling system that sets date and time for hearing, accommodating both court resources and the schedule of the parties involved.

The issuance of court orders and notices will be streamlined using adaptable templates with automation capabilities tailored to case developments.
