In consonance with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision, the Uttar Pradesh government has initiated a slew of tourism development projects.
The state has commenced the construction of a new district tourism building in Robertsganj, Sonbhadra, and is working on transforming Madfa Fort in Chitrakoot as an eco-tourism hub.
The new tourism building in Robertsganj, with an allocated budget of Rs 2.54 crore, is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Meanwhile, the development of Madfa Fort into an eco-tourism destination, which is budgeted at Rs 76 lakh, is slated for completion within 6 months.
The process of selecting agencies and assigning work is already underway, ensuring that both projects align with CM Yogi’s vision for enhancing the state’s tourism infrastructure.
To ensure the highest quality and timely completion of projects, the government will prioritise agencies with experience in international projects.
The chosen agencies will be required to deliver all construction and development tasks within the specified timelines and with superior quality.
The new tourism building will be equipped with modern facilities and designed to meet future needs, while Madfa Fort will undergo comprehensive tourism development to establish it as an eco-tourism destination.
