Lucknow-based IT solutions company Takyon Networks Limited today listed on the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
With this feat, Takyon became the first IT company from Lucknow to get listed on the prestigious BSE SME platform.
Interestingly, Takyon’s ₹20 crore IPO ended with 20.35x oversubscription, backed by strong interest from both retail and HNI segments.
Following the listing, the company’s (scrip name Takyon) estimated market capitalisation stands at ₹78 crore.
While Hem Securities Limited served as the Lead Manager for the IPO, Cameo Corporate Services Limited acted as the Registrar to the Issue.

The IPO proceeds will be used to reduce debt, strengthen working capital, and accelerate business expansion.
