The Uttar Pradesh government is making dedicated efforts to usher in development to smaller districts, thus integrating them into the state’s grand vision of becoming a $trillion economy.
Under the Bulandshahr-Khurja Master Plan-31, the Khurja Industrial Township has been launched in Bulandshahr district in Western UP.
This initiative by the Yogi Adityanath government will elevate Bulandshahr’s One District One Product (ODOP) products to global markets and open new vistas for entrepreneurs.
The 80-acre township, developed at a cost of Rs 430 crore, will provide entrepreneurs with modern amenities such as warehouses, workshops, community centers, nursing homes, daycare facilities, weighing machines, boarding lodges etc.
This project is expected to yield over ₹25 crore in revenue for the local development authority. The township has been launched just 18 kilometers from Jewar International Airport in Greater Noida.
It comprises 82 industrial plots ranging from 500 to 3,500 square meters, priced at Rs 20,000 per square meter, along with 9 warehouse plots of 5,000 square meters each, and 12 commercial plots ranging from 300 to 2,500 square meters at Rs 40,000 per square meter.
