The premier Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has scored 100 percent final placements for its 2023-25 batch, which received a total of 580+ offers.
While, the average salary offered stood at Rs 32.3 lakhs per annum, the highest international and domestic salary offers reached Rs 65 lakh and Rs 75 lakh per annum respectively.
The final placements for the 2023-2025 cycle pertained to the 39th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 20th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.
The offers emanated from an array of key sectors viz. Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail, and E-Commerce, with recruiters from across the globe.
According to the IIM Lucknow, the first-time recruiters included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Javis, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, Mindsprint, NAFED, PhonePe, Purplle, TESCO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, UKG, Vector Consulting Group and Walmart.
These companies offered both domestic and international roles to the IIM Lucknow students.
The legacy recruiters included Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Kearney, Landmark Group, Lincoln International, Lodha Group, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Navi, OLA, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Target, Tata Administrative Services and Zomato.
They demonstrated their confidence in IIM Lucknow’s students, offering a wide range of roles across industries, the Institute noted.
