The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has completed its summer placements for the 2024-26 batch.
The Institute secured 576 offers for its 40th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) students and the 21st batch of Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.
The average stipend offered was Rs 1.43 lakh per month, with the median stipend at Rs 1.50 lakh per month.
The highest domestic stipend reached R 3.95 lakh per month, while international offers topped Rs 1.75 lakh per month — highlighting IIM Lucknow’s global appeal and demand for its graduates both domestically and internationally.
Priyanka Sharma, Student Affairs and Placement Chairperson, IIM Lucknow, noted that despite the challenging economic conditions, the summer placements achieved remarkable success.
“Our unique curriculum, combined with a host of hands-on learning opportunities, empowers our students to grow and develop the skills needed to excel. This, along with unwavering commitment of IIM Lucknow to student development and the alumni network, continues to attract top recruiters from diverse industries,” she added.
As the economy stabilises, IIM Lucknow is confident in expanding opportunities further and preparing students for continued professional success.
Meanwhile, IIM Lucknow’s 2024-26 batch included 234 freshers and 342 students with prior work experience across sectors.
The new recruiters included Arcesium, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon, eBay, Essar, GMR Group, Navneet, NIIF, Paytm Money, PepsiCo Agro, Saint Gobain, Sprinklr, Tata Consumer Products, Tesco and Virtusa, offering domestic and international roles.
The legacy recruiters comprised Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, HUL, McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, PwC and Tata Administrative Services.
Moreover, IIM Lucknow adopted a hybrid placement model, offering both online and offline options to ensure flexibility and convenience for students and recruiters alike.
